Senior Project Assistant

Traceries seeks a hard-working, organized, creative, and independent person to provide project assistance to Project Managers and Principals. The candidate must have ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of historic tax credit applications, conducting research, maintaining project files, preparing completed materials for submission, preparing graphic materials, and other duties as assigned. This position requires organizational skills, forethought mature judgment, and willingness to take on responsibility.

This is an entry level position.


Qualified candidate must have a Masters degree in historic preservation, architecture, or a related field. Applicants must have the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, write detailed building reports, and be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and possess strong organizational skills. Communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
