Vice President, Finance and Compliance
Professional Opportunity
Boston, MA

Position Overview:


As Vice President of Finance and Compliance you will own REsuretys financial and legal activities, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, and compliance.  This position is open to part-time and full-time candidates.    


Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage operating cash management, payables and receivables

·         Model forward-looking finances for budgeting and resource planning

·         Collaborate with external accountants for audit and tax preparation

·         Oversee and ensure compliance with REsuretys obligations as a regulated entity under the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and National Futures Association

·         Support our clients compliance obligations related to trade reporting



Required Qualifications:

·         Bachelors degree

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, and/or compliance

·         Excellent attention to detail and organization

·         Ability to balance block and tackling with creativity and strategic thinking

·         Microsoft Excel guru; experience with QuickBooks

·         A passion for REsuretys mission: More Profitable Clean Energy


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, Masters or other relevant graduate degree
  • Experience with CFTC, NFA and Dodd-Frank regulatory regimes



·         Location: Boston, MA

·         Minimal travel required


·         Part time: ~20 hours per week (flexible) or Full time: ~40 hours per week
