The Civil War Trust is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to assist with print and digital design projects. The intern will work closely with the Development and Policy & Media teams to create design pieces to communicate with both our members and the public. Typical projects include: brochures, postcards, proposals, membership renewal forms, membership rack cards, fliers, graphics for social media, advertisements and more. The intern will gain professional experience working one-on-one with various staff to create professional-level marketing products to be widely used in promoting the organization.

The ideal candidate is a current or recent graduate with experience in graphic design and visual communications. Experience in creating print and digital assets required.

This paid internship, located in our Washington DC office, is a part-time (up to 30 hours a week) position with specific hours to be determined upon hire.
