Femenella & Associates is a window restoration and construction management company located in Branchburg, NJ. We have the opportunity for a project manager to join our team !
We are looking for a project manager to work specifically in Philadelphia, PA on a large project lasting three years.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct the project management functions for assigned construction projects within the program.
  • Review project schedules and interact with project managers, construction managers, and contractors.

Requirements include:

  • 2+ years of experience managing similar size and scope project in construction
  • A responsible and mature mindset
  • Dedicated management skills
  • Someone who lives only in the Philadelphia area so they will have easy travel to the job site.
