The Louis Berger Group, Inc. (Louis Berger), seeks a Senior Archaeologist/Program Manager in support of our growing U.S. operations in the Midwestern region. We are looking for a dedicated, selfmotivated professional wishing to pursue quality archaeological research in a cultural resource management context.
Applicants must have a graduate degree in Anthropology/Archaeology with a minimum of 10 years archaeological experience in directing archaeological planning studies, surveys, evaluations, and data recovery projects in the context of Section 106/110 compliance required. Demonstrated experience in business development, client management, directing the production of quality reports, managing multiple projects, managing/supervising personnel, and budgeting is essential. A proven track record of winning and executing work in a doer-seller role is essential.
The preferred candidate will have a thorough understanding of federal and state laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines governing cultural resources. Experience with tribal consultation and NEPA documentation is a plus. Applicants must list their current permits and licenses.
